DOCOH Class Registration

Please be sure of the name and start date of the class you are registering for before you begin the registration process. Check the Calendar here.
Registration deadline ends at midnight on the prior Tuesday before a new class starts the following Tuesday.

To register you must pay online using credit card or PayPal account. Do not start the registration form unless you have your account information handy so that you may complete the transaction at this time. A spot in class is not secured until payment processing has successfully completed.

Please note: If online payment is not successful, your registration will be voided without notice. Please monitor your credit card or PayPal account to be sure payment was successful.

Class Cancellation Policy:
Because class size is limited and sufficient time is needed to contact alternate students, class tuition may only be refunded if notice, in writing or by email, is received seven (7) business days prior to the start date of a class by the Training Director. All refunds will be charged a $5 cancellation fee.

All Classes: Please bring treats, a poop bag, water and a bowl, and a collar with 4- to 6-foot leash. Bring vaccination records to the first night of class. Our training classes and special events are held in the Davie Rodeo Arena at the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds, 4201 SW 65th Ave, Davie, FL 33314. Our classes start at either 7, 7:30 or 8PM, at the Instructor’s discretion. Our classes will not be cancelled unless we have a severe weather alert; if it is raining, classes will be moved from out in the open to underneath the Arena covering.

The Instructor of the class you registered for will send out a Welcome e-mail to the registered class participants on the Sunday night before class starts with details about the class, where to park, where to meet, etc.

I affirm that the information I have entered is correct, including information about my dog’s behavior around other dogs. In case of accident or injury to my dog or myself, including dog bites, I hold harmless the Dog Obedience Club of Hollywood, its instructors, and its Board of Directors, from any claim or liability resulting from said accident or injury. I understand that animals, including my own dog (s), are unpredictable and that dog sports by nature are not without risk.

COVID-19
By signing below, I affirm to the best of my knowledge I am COVID-19 free. I also agree to refrain from coming to class and to notify DOCOH, should my condition change. Further, I agree to follow club procedures and guidelines, precautions and requirements to mitigate the possibility of class attendees or building users contracting or spreading COVID-19. I understand the risks of contracting or being exposed to COVID-19 associated with my attendance of this class, and knowingly I accept these risks. I agree to waive, and hold harmless the Dog Obedience Club of Hollywood, its instructors, and its Board of Directors, from any claim or liability related to COVID-19. COVID-19 free means that within the past 7 days I have not experienced the symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, coughing, shortness of breath), or I am not waiting for test results. If I have previously tested positive I have been released to resume normal activity. In addition, I believe that I, or any household member, or any close family member of frequent contact, have not been in contact with or exposed to any carrier of COVID-19.
